Questions about a frame
Send the product name or link and tell us which detail you would like to clarify. If you are comparing sizes, mention the measurements of a pair you already find comfortable. Do not assume lens properties are identical across the collection.
Delivery and address changes
Contact us promptly if your address needs correction or tracking seems unusual. Once a package has entered fulfillment or carrier handling, changes may no longer be possible.
