All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) from the time your order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Lurvexa LLC offers a single, straightforward shipping option:

- Cost: Free ($0) on all orders within the United States.
- Estimated Delivery Time: 3-6 business days after your order has been processed.
Please note that these delivery times are estimates. While we strive to deliver your items within the stated timeframe, actual delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, carrier delays, or other factors outside of Lurvexa LLC’s control.
Total Estimated Delivery Time
The total time to receive your order will be the sum of our order processing time plus the shipping delivery time.
- Total Estimated Delivery: 4-8 business days (1-2 business days processing + 3-6 business days shipping).
Domestic Shipping Only
Lurvexa LLC currently ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can use this number to track your order’s progress directly through the carrier’s website.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs. Lurvexa LLC is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@lurvexa.com with photos of the damage. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly. If you believe your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
