The total delivery timeframe includes order processing and shipping transit time.

Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, Lurvexa LLC ships only within the United States. International shipping is not available.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24–48 hours.


Partial Shipments

In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages to ensure safe delivery. If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Lurvexa LLC is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Re-shipping fees may apply if an order is returned due to address errors.


Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@lurvexa.com and include clear photos of the damage. We will promptly assist you in resolving the issue.

If a package is delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact our support team. We will coordinate with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.


Large or Furniture Shipments

Some furniture items may require special handling or carrier delivery. Delivery may be made to the front door or curbside depending on the carrier. Customers will be notified if any additional delivery arrangements are required.
