Return and Refund Policy
At Lurvexa LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your armchair purchase. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned, and we’re here to help make the return process as smooth as possible.
Return Window You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return for a refund.
Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your armchair must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. It must also have all original tags and labels attached.
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@lurvexa.com or call us at +1 (603) 497-4811 during our business hours (Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM EST).
Please provide your order number and the reason for your return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Lurvexa LLC will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label via email once your return is approved.
Restocking Fee We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
Refund Process Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. We will notify you via email of the receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 2-3 business days of receiving the return.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. The refund will cover the full purchase price of the returned item.
Exchanges If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted and processed, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@lurvexa.com or +1 (603) 497-4811 if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by providing a replacement or a full refund, along with instructions for returning the incorrect or damaged item at our expense.
Non-Returnable Items Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or show signs of use beyond initial inspection are not eligible for return. As Lurvexa LLC exclusively sells physical furniture products and does not offer digital products, subscriptions, age-restricted items, or gift cards, specific exclusions related to those product types are not applicable.
Domestic Shipping Only Please note that Lurvexa LLC currently only ships within the United States. Our return policy is applicable only to orders shipped within the US.
