You may return any eligible product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided that:

• The item is unused and in original condition

• All original packaging, accessories, and manuals are included

• You contact us and receive a Return Authorization before sending the product back

Note: Custom orders or items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

2. Our team will provide return instructions and a Return Authorization

3. Carefully repackage the item and ship it back to our return address

🚚 Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, etc.), we’ll cover return shipping costs

• For other returns (e.g., change of mind), you’ll be responsible for return shipping

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• You will receive an email confirming approval or rejection

• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

• Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

If your desk arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

• Please include photos of the issue and your order number

• We’ll quickly arrange a replacement part, full replacement, or refund—whichever best resolves the issue
