Return Window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unassembled, and in the same condition as received
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- All original tags, labels, and accessories must be included
Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by Lurvexa LLC are not eligible for return.

Please include your order number and the reason for return. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed return instructions.
Return Shipping
Lurvexa LLC covers the return shipping cost for approved returns. A prepaid shipping label will be provided via email.

Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2–3 business days.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.
The refund will include the full purchase price of the returned item.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order separately.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will resolve the issue by offering a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Items are not eligible for return if:
- They are used, assembled, or altered
- They are damaged due to misuse or customer handling
- Parts or original packaging are missing
Lurvexa LLC sells physical furniture only. Digital products, subscriptions, gift cards, or age-restricted items are not applicable.
